Meet the Palala Behind the Precision
A Kauai-born business built on hard work, genuine aloha, and the belief that doing good work means treating people right.
Kaeo Castillo
Owner & Detailer
Meet Kaeo
He's a dad, a husband, a son, a brother, a bartender, and a pretty darn talented singer and musician — although he'd never tell you that himself.
Anyone who knows Kaeo knows what a genuinely stand-up guy he is. He's lovable, a little sassy (okay, a lot sassy 😂), sweet, and just one of those people you can't help but love being around. The number of times people have told us they want to adopt this man — a whole grown man with a wife and kids — is honestly ridiculous. But if you know Kaeo, you get it.
When he says he'd give you the slippers off his feet, he means it literally. If someone needs something and he can help, he will. No hesitation, no expectation of anything in return. That's just Kaeo.
When he's not behind the bar, behind a microphone, or bringing someone's ride back to life, you'll find him spending time with his family, enjoying the beach, or doing two of his absolute favorite things — sleeping in and NOT doing chores. 😂
All jokes aside, Kaeo has a heart of gold. He's the kind of person who shows up for people, takes pride in what he does, and puts genuine care into his work. And that's exactly the kind of heart he's bringing into Palala Precision Detailing.
"Palala Precision Detailing isn't just about making cars look good. It's about doing good work, treating people right, and building something to be proud of."

Kaeo, the owner is so absolutely amazing I was a bit skeptical until he showed up and absolutely blew my Mind! Best detail I have ever seen! Super quick(4 hours) complete detail in and out. Wish I had found him a few years ago. And completely mobile! Didn't use my water or electricity

First off, handsome guy. Kaeo really took the time to detail EVERYTHING. I came to him with a Chevy Silverado that didn't get detailed in about a year and a half. It built up a collection of dirt, dog hair, and sand in that time and Kaeo got every bit out. He even found a hat somewhere in that mess that I thought I lost forever. I got the gold package and added on the under carriage cleaning as well. My truck looks immaculate thanks to him and I will be returning in the future. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I appreciate the willingness to fit me into their schedule at the last minute. It was super convenient and communication was super friendly and timely. My 4Runner came back so neat and clean, it looked better than when I picked it up off the lot. The quality of work was amazing and it was done so efficiently. 100% will be scheduling more detailing appointments in the near future.
